I think it is fair to not want to jump into the Duke and I drama. Having reread it recently, I don't find it as scary to touch as some people say, and Julia did some amazing work with it. However, I am also glad that you will be getting to all the other books. They don't get as much love and there is some GOOD stuff to get to.
